MORROw – A Ohio State Highway Patrolman Jason Phillips is in Critical Condition after a crash that involved a wrong way driver on the I-71 interstate this morning. The accident happened around the Chesterfield area.
The crash happened around 2:40 am and the trooper was flown to emergency hospitals.
