WILLIAMSPORT, OH: On Monday 7/1/2019 at 5:30 P.M. The Park District will be holding a meeting at the Legion Hall, that is open to the public. This meeting is in regards for future plans to open a new park named Metzger Reserve.
Toward the beginning of 2019, the Pickaway County Parks District received a grant from the Clean Ohio Fund in order to purchase the 52 acres of property that sits just south of Williamsports Ballard Park. This property is planned to be the new home of the Metzger Reserve and development plans will be discussed with neighboring property owners during the July 1st meeting.
