WASHINGTON – Talks of ending the prohibition on Marijuana are planned for this week.
According to Forbes a key congressional committee plans to hold a historic vote on a bill to legalize THC Federally. The House will move to remove marijuana from the controlled substance act CSA. Most of the people supporting the bill in the house are Democrats.
Although Democrat and Former Vice President Joe Biden has came out to say that,Joe Biden: We can’t legalize marijuana federally because it may be a “gateway drug.”

Bernie Sanders’ has already came out in favor of legalizing the drug saying that not only would he support it but if it didnt happen he would make it happen by executive action if he was president, “Legalize marijuana in the first 100 days with executive action.”
Currently the District of Columbia and 11 states — Alaska, California, Colorado, Illinois, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Nevada, Oregon, Vermont and Washington — have adopted the most expansive laws legalizing marijuana for recreational use. 32 states have legal marijuana use for medical reasons described differently in each state.
