ROSS – Around 6:15 pm today December 12th, 2019 two loud “explosions” were heard over the skies of Ross County area.
According to Ross County Sheriffs office those loud sounds are most likely from military airplanes flying over the area. The Sheriff said that this has occurred for years and is not uncommon.
