On 12-27-2019 at 0300 hours, this unit stopped out with a
suspicious vehicle in front of Arrapaho Dr. The vehicle
was occupied by three people who were identified as Jacob
Hart, Taja Smith and Another Person. The vehicle registration returned out of London, Ohio. After
identifying Taja and Jacob, dispatch advised me they both
had warrants out of Ross County Sheriff’s Office. They Taja
advised they were dropping a individual off at his house which is at the location on Arrapaho Dr. Both subjects were arrested and
transported to the county line. This unit cleared with no further
information.

alarm drop to the business. Upon my arrival this unit found
the owner set off the alarm by accident. This unit cleared the
scene with no further incident.

On December 27, 2019 at 1225hrs. this unit,
was dispatched to Wellman’s Funeral home on a funeral
escort and ending at Hitler Ludwig Cemetery. Upon arrival,
the procession was ready and this unit escorted the line
through Circleville City to Hitler Ludwig Cemetery. Once the
whole procession was in the cemetery, this unit cleared with
nothing further.

On 12-27-2019 at 1418 hours, this unit was dispatched to
S. Main Street in Williamsport for forced entry into a shed. I
arrived on scene and met with Victim who advised the
house is about to go onto the market and someone knocked a
window out of the shed and cut the lock off of it. Victim advised
there was nothing missing in the shed to her knowledge. Victim stated her or her family members are there several days out
of the week and the incident had to have happened sometime
between Christmas and 1418 hours when the call came in.
This unit took pictures and cleared without incident.

entering the building. They advised that they had set the

Church on a well being check. The caller stated she had
picked up a female walking an dropped her off at the church.
I found a female standing outside the church.
She stated that she was just waiting for a meeting to start.
The meeting didn’t start for another two hours. After speaking
to her she appeared to be ok and the weather was warm
for her to be outside.

On December 27, 2019 at 1751hrs. this unit, Deputy
was dispatched Lockbourne Eastern Road on a
non-active dispute. Dispatch stated the caller advised the
other half already left. Upon arrival, I spoke with CALLER
who stated he and girlfriend are going through a
break up and they both are on the lease to the above
mentioned address. He advised they are both moving out and
she showed up on today’s date with her brother and her
father, so he recorded the
conversation.
While listening to the recording, Dad stated he came over
because She stated that Caller had destroyed the
house by punching holes in the wall and tearing their
belongings up. At the end of the video, I observed her
and two males walking out to their vehicle and a male scream
“If you lay a hand on her again, I will knock your teeth down your throat.” Then the vehicle backed up at a fast speed which threw gravel.
This unit walked through the house and did not observe any
visible holes in the wall or anything tore up, it appeared as if
someone was moving their belongings out and separating the
items into piles. This unit advised the caller to call back if they
happened to return and I cleared with nothing further.

On 12-27-19 this unit was dispatched to a domestic call. I
spoke to the juvenile outside. He stated that his father had
struck him several times in the face and back. He had no
signs of assault. I spoke to the father who stated that he was
taking the phone away from his son while in the truck. He
stated that he was hit under the left eye with the phone. He
did have a small mark under his eye.

December 27th, 2019 at 23:23 hours, this reporting unit was
dispatched to Water Street in Darbyville to make contact
with Caller. This unit arrived on scene at 23:35
hours and made contact with Caller. and her brother. Caller.
stated her friend was coming from Chillicothe to pick
Caller. and her brother up and they were going to stay the
night with her. Caller stated while on her way the other persons
vehicle broke down on Sharp Road in Orient and that she
needed assistance. This unit then went to Sharp Road to
which she was broke down in Franklin County. She
stated she spoke to a Franklin County unit and that she had
aide in route.
