FAyette – Fayette County Hospital and Sheriffs office are both reporting that the phone outage of the Hospital continues.
Last night around 8:23 pm the hospital reported that the phone and internet services of the hospital were down and they were working on getting them repaired as soon as possible, now over 12 hours later they are still down.
This has happened just after The Miami Trace Local School District reported that they are currently experiencing a high volume of influenza B cases throughout the district. Over the past several days, we have worked closely with the Fayette County Health Department to monitor the situation. As a result, the district will be closed on Friday, January 17, 2020. This will provide four days and the opportunity to thoroughly disinfect our facilities and buses.
