Ross County OH- According to dispatch, a two vehicle crash has occurred on U.S. 23 North at Black Water Rd. One of the two vehicles has fled the scene and it is believed to a green car with heavy front end damage, per a witness.
The extent of injuries are unknown but medics, rescue and OSP are in route.
