OHIO – We all took a crushing blow when Buckeyes announced a possible spring season, with so much 2020 has taken from us fall sports was a big blow, here in Ohio everyone loves the Buckeyes.
According to the Big Ten the vote was unanimous to resume the football season start the weekend of October 23-24.
Even President Donald Trump Jumped in on the Big Ten Announcement saying, “Great News: BIG TEN FOOTBALL IS BACK. All teams to participate. Thank you to the players, coaches, parents, and all school representatives. Have a FANTASTIC SEASON! It is my great honor to have helped!!!” Taking some credit for reversing the decision. Trump contacted the Big Ten asking them to reconsider their original vote to cancel the season a few weeks ago.

The Big Ten Council of Presidents and Chancellors (COP/C) adopted significant medical protocols and has voted unanimously to resume the football season starting the weekend of October 23-24, 2020: https://t.co/b5yHShGb1D

Part of the significant medical protocols is that, “The earliest a student-athlete can return to the game competition is 21 days following a COVID-19 positive diagnosis.”
