Pickaway County Sheriff Robert B. Radcliff reports that on September 25, 2020 at around 6:53 AM there was a attempted abduction of a Westfall High School Student while she was awaiting her school bus on Five Points Pike in Monroe Twp. The student was able to escape and was unharmed.
The suspect is described as a white male in his mid-thirties. The suspect also has long black hair, longer black beard, with numerous tattoos on his face. The vehicle involved is described as a black Dodge Durango.
Deputies and Detectives from the Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office immediately responded to the area after the call was received but were unable to locate the suspect. All surrounding agencies were notified to be on the lookout for the suspect and his vehicle and the Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office is actively investigating the incident.
