OHIO – Governor Dewine has cancelled his daily address on Tuesday to prepare for a statewide address on Wednesday on an update on Coronavirus in the state.
The address comes after the highest active cases in the state, to date. Hospital officials reported on Monday that they do have capacity to handle more people dealing with the virus.
Locally Pickaway county has seen a surge over the past few weeks resulting in higher active cases in the county since the pandemic. Local schools reported in a county wide statement that if the county went to red level, which it did last week, they would not necessarily stop in person learning but take a look at the numbers and make a decision.
Dewine is planning his statewide address on coronavirus Wednesday at 5:30 p.m.
