Chillicothe OH- According to a social media post shared by the Chillicothe Police Department, DORA has been enacted in the downtown business district.
“DORA enacted 24/7 downtown now through end of year
Just in time for the wonderful Downtown Holiday Open House, the City has enacted a 24/7 Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA isn’t just a cartoon character!), which allows visitors to sip an adult beverage as they stroll through our beautiful city. Please know the rules, obey the signs, and have fun!!!”
