Deputies responded to a Bremen Rd. resident for an identity fraud complaint. The complainant told deputies that someone had applied for benefits through a governmental agency on their behalf. The case remains under investigation.

Deputies responded to a SR 93 residence for a theft complaint. The complainant told deputies that mail had been stolen from their mailbox.

A Vanatta Rd. resident came to the Sheriff’s Office to report an incident of identity fraud. The complainant told deputies that someone had filed for benefits through a governmental agency on their behalf. The case remains under investigation.

A Logan-Hornsmill Rd. resident came to the Sheriff’s Office to report a theft. The complainant told deputies that they had attempted to purchase something online. The complainant told deputies that they had conversations via social media and sent money through a phone application. The suspect asked for additional money and the victim realized that it was a scam. The case remains under investigation.
