LANCASTER – A 16-Year-old boy is dead after four people, three teenagers entered his home at 1100 block of East Locust Street in an attempt to rob the home.
Police responded to the shooting and transported the teenager to Children’s Hospital where he was pronounced dead just over 24 hours later. A video helped police find all four of the suspects who are now in custody.
Local police released this statement, “We are as shocked as you that this senseless violence happened in our town and horrified to find out that teenagers were involved. Our thoughts and prayers are with the shooting victim and his family. Yesterday will change their lives forever.
Our detectives, who started their day yesterday at 8:00 am, worked through the night hoping to get all the subjects involved into our custody. They accomplished that goal. The Lancaster Police Department would like to thank all the members of the public that called us with information and helped out during the investigation. That public support and your willingness to help us is a major reason the Lancaster Police Department can be successful in our mission.”
Lancaster police have now officially charged and released the names of the one adult and the three teens in the case.
Brandon McNally, 21 of Lancaster has been indicted by a grand jury of one county of aggravated murder, two counts of murder, two counts of aggravated burglary, and three counts of aggravated robbery.
Three teenagers were also involved and due to age their names have been protected until being charged
Austin Brown 16, of Lancaster, Conner Clack, 16 of Lancaster, and Landon Spears, 16 of Lancaster are all charged with aggravated robbery, and aggravated burglary and are currently being held in Muli-County Juvenile center.
