FAYETTE – A Washington County man has been indicted by the grand jury on 114 charges of child porn that was found on his computer.
According to Courts, 29-year-old Harley E. Everhart II, of 1100 Country Club Court was charged with the crime after police say they found nudity-oriented material involving children on his computer.
Accoridng to the report child porn images were found on his computer after a female was planning on playing a game on the computer and found a few of the images. She called police, and that started the investagtion. A warrent was issued and electronic devices were seized that contained 114 images of illegal child porn images.
Everhard was arrested and charged, he had a 25,000 dollar bond that he has posted and is back out on the streets.
