ROSS – On Monday night a fire broke out in an outlying building on the Chillicothe Papermill, and now that’s being investigated.
According to the Pixelle company on, 1/17/22 at 10:38 PM there was a fire in an outlining building in the back of the Chillicothe paper mill property. Mill resources were called and the City of Chillicothe Fire Department responded and quickly extinguished the fire.
The cause of the fire is under investigation. There were no injuries and the fire did not cause any business interruption to the paper mill.
