ROSS – Ross county sheriff is reporting that one man has been arrested in charged with arson after finding him inside a structure that he set on fire.
According to reports deputies and the Scioto township arrived on the scene of the old Massieville Dairy Bar located at 3213 Trego Creek road after a call of smoke and possible fire in the area. When deputies arrived they found Donne Cochenour, 34 of Ross county inside and refusing to come out. Deputies had no choice but to go inside the structure and arrest the man, who fought the deputies. After the arrest, the fire department put out the fire.
Cochenour has a very long rap sheet of charges within Ross County
