The Chillicothe Fire Department in conjunction with the Chillicothe Police Department is currently conducting training in the city. The radio traffic some have heard throughout the city pertaining to an active shooter is part of this training. Through a miscommunication the radio traffic was broadcast in a frequency that could be heard by the general public. There is no emergency, this is only training.
