CIRCLEVILLE – Pete Hartinger from Roundtown UFO Society (RUFOS) says they are investigating events on Tuesday 23rd, and are reaching out to the public to see what they saw.
On Tuesday according to Hartinger, several people saw lights in the sky that were unexplained, in particular, one person said she saw lights drop to the ground and then go back up into the sky.
