Gooey cheese? Yes, please!
I found a truck on west Franklin Street totally dedicated to cheesy mac goodness. They are the very first melt based food truck to exist in Ohio!
You can get a variety of Mac n cheese melts or bowls. I picked out a piggy mac (pulled pork + mac is classic). Perfectly toasted buttery bread and so much gooey cheese was perfect with the sweetness of the BBQ pork. So, so good!
