Jane Elvessa (Spung) Webb, 70, of Circleville passed away on March 6, 2023. She was born on November 24, 1952 in Circleville to Lloyd Everette and Roanne Eloise (Ketterman) Spung. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son Jeremiah J. Webb, brother Paul Spung and sisters and brothers-in-law Anita Maynard, Carl Webb, Mary Jarboe, Geraldine Parrot, Roberta Pack and James Webb. She graduated in 1971 from Logan Elm and retired from GE and Tri-Mold. Jane is survived by her husband Larry Ray Webb whom she married on July 5, 1997 after being together 55 years, son James “Jr” (Danielle) Webb of Chillicothe, stepsons Larry Watkins and Gerald (Holly) Watkins both of Columbus, daughter-in-law Jennifer Webb Speakman, siblings Anne (Jim) Bingman of Circleville, Ruth (Bill) Harvey of Columbus, Carl (Roberta) Spung of Circleville and Vicky Spung, sisters and brother-in-laws Bob Webb, Darlene Troiano and Francis Gilley, grandkids James C. (Angel) Webb, Kaylynn (Clint) Lowery, Jeremiah J. Webb Jr., Lacie (Greyson) Webb, Jeremiah J. Webb, Brandon Watkins, Sydney Watkins, Riley Watkins, Mary Watkins, Makaya (Chris) Redick and Makenzie Shoemaker, several nieces and nephews and special friend Judith Pack. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, March 11,2023 at 11:00 a.m. at Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with burial to follow in Springlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be on Saturday from 9-11.
