Ross County – A man says he lost all the baby items for his premature baby and household belonging after an RV Camper he was getting set up caught on fire.
According to Ross County Sheriff’s office, on 4/18/23 they were dispatched to Trego Creek Road on the report of a large RV on fire in the roadway. When the Deputy arrived he found a 40-foot camper that had flames showing. Scioto TWP fire and Veteran Affairs Fire departments arrived on the scene to battle the blaze but the fire had spread throughout the RV and created a total loss of the RV and the items inside.
Deputy reported that the 1987 RV vehicle was not registered and had not been registered since 2008.
