On May 25, 2023, at approximately 4:51pm, Deputies from the Fayette County Sheriff’s Office and Officers from the Washington Court House Police Department executed a wanted person search warrant at 428 Peddicord Avenue Apartment B, in Union Township. Upon making entry into the residence, officers located Trevor J. Putney and took him into custody without incident. Mr. Putney was transported to the Fayette County Jail where he was served with two bench warrants for failure to comply with terms and conditions of probation and multiple Grand Jury indictments stemming from two different incidents in which Mr. Putney is accused of possessing large amounts of narcotics.
