Kash Barnes, 13, of Laurelville passed away on June 10, 2023. He was born on February 18, 2010 in Lancaster to Kliff and Alisha (Johnson) Barnes. Kash loved gaming, football cards, telling jokes and riddles. He was a kind, sweet soul and was a friend to all. He was a night owl, liked penguins and Carolina Panthers was his favorite football team. He was preceded in death by his grandparents Betty and Barney Barnes. Kash is survived by his father Kliff Barnes; his mother Alisha (Brent Cain) Barnes; brothers Kody (Allison Dinneen), Kory and Kane Barnes; grandparents Don and Lisa Johnson; great grandparents Bob and Donna Johnson, Bob and Chris Morgan and Rose and Armin Rayburn; great, great grandmother Ruth (Ken Valentine) Morgan; aunts and uncles Kelley (Bobbie) and Kylea Barnes, Kenneth Dyer, Jonathan (Krystal), Ethan (Emily) and Seth (Taylor) Johnson; cousins Kara, Kaytlynn, Nora, Olivia, Brylie, Kaden, Dustin, Lynsey, Kaleb, Shelby and Kassadee. Funeral services will be held on Friday, June 16, 2023 at 11:00 a.m. at the Wellman Funeral Home, Circleville with burial to follow in Green Summit Cemetery.
