Hillsboro – Three people were killed after an explosion in a repair shop located inside of Hillsboro in Southern Ohio’
According to officials they were called after a report of an explosion at Jimbo’s Auto Repair located at the 500 block of South High Street. When they arrived they found the business was fulling engulfed in flames.
After the initial search, they found one person who was inside the building was injured and was transferred.
Paint Creek Joint EMS & Fire District Chief confirmed that three people were found deceased in the building, but did not say what caused the explosion.
State fire marshalls have been called in to investigate the cause of the explosion and fire, the identities of the victims have not been released at this time.
