Ross County – A man attempted to elude police and then when he pulled over he didn’t go quietly.
The attempt to stop occurred around 11 pm on Sunday night on Three Locks Road when a Ross County Deputy attempted to stop a vehicle for a traffic violation, when the officer turned on his blues the vehicle did not stop but took off. The chase concluded on Toad Hollow Road where the suspect finally decided to stop, but when the deputy attempted to handcuff the man he fought back against the deputy. Intense moments were caught on the public scanner of the deputy and the suspect in battle before another officer arrived on the scene.
35-year-old Ethan Depugh was arrested and charged with Failure to comply, resisting arrest, obstruction, and drug paraphernalia he currently is housed in Ross County jail
