Ross County – Local authorities are investigating the distribution of flyers containing hate speech in the West End neighborhood. The flyers, which have also been reported in other communities across Ohio, West Virginia, and Kentucky, are intended to stir controversy and sow division.
The reports began on March 17, 2024, when residents in Chillicothe’s West End discovered the flyers left on their vehicles. The content of the flyers is hateful and divisive.
