Circleville – On Monday Circleville Acting Chief Doug Davis was placed on leave amid controversies in the department
Davis who was placed on paid leave on Apr 11, 2022, for 9 months was returned to work after an investigation for claims of illegal body cavity searches, “manufactured” probable cause for traffic stops, and claims of racial profiling. Has now been placed on leave due to an alleged employee misconduct.
