CHILLICOTHE, May 14, 2024 – Pam Kellough, a celebrated artist hailing from Chillicothe, has added another masterpiece to her portfolio with the completion of the Smokey Bear mural at Western Elementary School in Pike County. The vibrant mural, adorned with the intricate strokes of Kellough’s brush, serves as a poignant reminder of the importance of wildfire prevention while celebrating the natural beauty and resources of Ohio’s State Forests.
