Lancaster, Ohio – Craft beer enthusiasts and community members alike are gearing up for the much-anticipated return of Lancaster BrewFest to historic downtown Lancaster. Scheduled for Saturday, August 17, 2024, from 4:30 to 8:30 p.m. (with VIP access starting at 3 p.m.), this year’s event promises a vibrant showcase of Ohio’s finest craft breweries, cideries, distilleries, and wineries.

With over 30 participants from across the state, including popular names like Combustion Brewery & Taproom, Brewdog, Jackie O’s, and Lancaster’s own Double Edge, attendees can expect a diverse array of beverages to sample. The festival will also feature offerings from breweries, distilleries, and wineries hailing from Columbus, Athens, Marion, Newark, and beyond.

“We’re thrilled to see the community come together, both locally and from neighboring areas, to celebrate Ohio-made beers right here in Downtown Lancaster,” remarked Event Director Aaron Uhl. “As we approach our 11th year of BrewFest, it’s incredible to witness how this event has grown and become a cornerstone of Fairfield County’s summer calendar. None of this would be possible without the support of our sponsors, volunteers, and dedicated patrons.”

In addition to the beverage offerings, BrewFest attendees can enjoy live music throughout the evening. The lineup includes The Ark Band, known for their infectious blend of Roots Reggae, Calypso, and Soca rhythms, as well as Brass Metropolis – A Tribute to Chicago, an eight-piece ensemble paying homage to the legendary rock band Chicago.

Food enthusiasts will find plenty to savor with an eclectic selection of food trucks on-site, including OX-B’s, Tiberio’s, Bob’s Backyard Barbeque, Rowdy Dawgs, El Catrin Tacos, and Smash Buddies.

Tickets are available with various options to suit different preferences, including a Designated Driver admission for $20 and a Late-Night Pass for those arriving from 7 p.m. onwards. Tickets can be purchased online at lancasterbrewfest.com or at designated local outlets such as Destination Downtown Lancaster, Double Edge Brewing Co., and AmeriStop in Lancaster.
