Shortly after, at 1:32 a.m., another stop on S Paint St. resulted in an OVI arrest and issues with traffic control devices and an expired plate. At 1:59 a.m., officers conducted a stop on S Paint St. for a vehicle with no tail lights and a warrant was served.
- Expired Plates and Suspensions: At 3:29 a.m., a traffic stop on N Poplar St. led to citations for expired plates and driving under suspension (DUS). At 10:52 a.m., a vehicle on N Rose St. was reported for expired plates and a citation was issued.
