CIRCLEVILLE, Ohio — Gibbys Eatery and Sports Bar, a beloved fixture in the Circleville community for 21 years, may be closing its doors permanently as owners Linden and Suzanne Gibson announce their retirement.
In a heartfelt message to their patrons, the Gibsons expressed their gratitude for the support they have received throughout the years. “Today we are celebrating 21 years of being a part of a wonderful community surrounded by loving and supportive people,” they shared. “We have been blessed to own and run a great restaurant for many years!”
As they step away from the restaurant business, the couple looks forward to enjoying time with family and pursuing their passion for camping. “With our golden years catching up with us, we have decided to retire from Gibbys,” they stated.
