Disorderly Conduct and Trespassing
Early on September 26, officers responded to multiple disorderly conduct complaints, including a disturbance at 607 Arch Street at 12:36 a.m. and another at 741 Safford Avenue around 4:44 a.m. Investigations are ongoing. A separate report of a verbal dispute was noted at a parking lot on North Bridge Street, where officers found a couple arguing at 61 N. Bridge (Valero) at 6:13 a.m.
Criminal Offenses

Officers investigated a trespassing complaint at 1039 Dayton Street at 6:18 a.m. and a case of criminal mischief at 555 Linn Street shortly after at 7:44 a.m. Additionally, a warrant was served at Menard’s for theft without consent, and a misuse of credit card complaint was reported from Bradford Drive at 12:45 p.m.
Juvenile Matters
Chillicothe High School was the site of a juvenile investigation related to disorderly conduct around 9:54 a.m. Another report concerning an unruly, runaway juvenile was filed later in the day at 204 Lincoln Park. A disturbance involving a juvenile was also reported at Overlook Apartments in the evening.
Thefts and Vandalism
