Circleville – This week the Pickaway Bar Association joined many others in supporting the efforts to keep the spirt of Christmas alive in Pickaway County by giving a donation to Uptown Circleville and the Santa House.
According to local Lawyer Lucas Thompson, the monies from the .5 Bar Run went directly to this event.
“The bar association appreciates the judges, attorneys, and community members that participated and helped with the .5k Bar Run. The donation is a result of the success of the event and we hope it brings joy to the kids in the community that visit Santa’s House,” said Thompson.
This year the Santa House will relocate to Ted Lewis Park where several groups will work together to create a magical space for Santa and the elves.
Ted Lewis Park located at (443 N. Court St., Circleville). Thanks to recent upgrades, the park now offers a pedestrian-friendly design and more accessible parking, creating the perfect setting for holiday festivities.
“Santa’s House has been a passion project for us,” said Shawna Hartsaugh, representing the Circleville Eagles. “We’re so excited to see it come to life at its new location in Ted Lewis Park, and we can’t wait to welcome families to make holiday memories.”
