Perry County – Emergency crews have been dispatched to a buggy crash involving a vehicle around 3:30 pm.
According to early reports, at least one person in the buggy was seriously injured after a vehicle collided with a buggy in the area of Marietta Road and Van Horn Road in Jackson Township. Emergency crews from Fairfield County in the area have been called in as mutual aid.
