CIRCLEVILLE – Judge P. Randall Knece presided over several cases in the Pickaway County Court of Common Pleas this week, resulting in significant sentences for various offenses.
Sentencings
- Cory M. Adams, 35, of Circleville:
- Charges: Having Weapons Under Disability, Felony Fleeing and Eluding, Receiving Stolen Property
- Plea: Guilty
- Disposition: 42 months in prison and a 10-year Ohio Driver’s License suspension.
- Rusty W. Dillon, 40, of Newark:
- Charge: Aggravated Trafficking in Drugs
- Plea: Guilty
- Disposition: 6 to 9 years in prison.
- Austin R. Hatfield, 51, currently incarcerated at Noble Correctional Institution:
- Charge: Complicity to Illegal Conveyance of Drugs onto the Grounds of a Detention Facility
- Plea: Guilty
- Disposition: 12 months in prison.
- Christina H. Morgan, 48, of Columbus:
- Charges: Failure to Appear, Illegal Conveyance of Drugs onto the Grounds of a Detention Facility
- Plea: Guilty
- Disposition: 27 months in prison.
- Joshua D. Young, 41, of Circleville:
- Charge: Nonsupport of Dependents – Violation of Community Control
- Plea: Guilty
- Disposition: 6 months at STAR Community-Based Correctional Facility (CBCF).
