CHILLICOTHE, OH — A routine traffic stop turned into a police pursuit on U.S. Route 23 Monday afternoon after a driver failed to comply with officers’ orders.
According to the Chillicothe Police Department, an officer attempted to stop a maroon 2013 Kia sedan at approximately 3:38 p.m. The vehicle was being driven by Holly Davidson, who had outstanding warrants for her arrest and was operating the vehicle with a suspended license.
Instead of pulling over, Davidson allegedly fled, leading officers on a pursuit. Authorities have not yet released further details regarding the outcome of the chase. The incident remains under investigation.
