Kroger is helping customers adjust to the upcoming daylight saving time change by offering a limited number of free “Hour Back Boxes,” filled with breakfast essentials and a special perk.

According to a company press release, Kroger’s first-ever “Hour Back Box” is designed to make losing an hour of sleep a little easier by providing one of 39,000 free breakfast items. The box includes Private Selection™ Cold Brew Coffee Concentrate, Simple Truth™ Oatmilk Creamer, and Kroger Frozen Breakfast Sandwiches—aimed at giving customers a much-needed morning boost.

In addition to breakfast treats, each box contains a gift card redeemable for a one-year Kroger Boost membership, offering added savings and benefits for shoppers.

The free boxes will be available on a first-come, first-served basis starting March 4 at 12 p.m. EST. Customers can visit Kroger’s official website to claim one while supplies last. You can go to the website here: https://www.kroger.com/pr/hour-back
