Circleville Police Respond to Multiple Incidents on March 10

CIRCLEVILLE, OH – The Circleville Police Department responded to a variety of incidents on March 10, 2025, ranging from well-being checks and traffic stops to reports of theft and domestic disturbances.

Early in the morning, officers conducted well-being checks on South Washington Street and East Mound Street, with one resulting in a report being taken. Several suspicious vehicle reports were investigated on Lancaster Pike and South Court Street, both of which were found to be clear.

Traffic enforcement remained a priority throughout the day, with multiple stops leading to warnings and citations, including one on East Ohio Street at 4:11 a.m. that resulted in a citation being issued. A hit-skip accident on North Court Street at 4:40 p.m. prompted an investigation, with officers taking a report on the incident.

Fire crews were also called for mutual aid to a fire on U.S. 23 at 4:29 a.m., with the situation quickly contained. Another fire response was canceled before crews arrived at Huber Hitler Road in the afternoon.

Theft reports were filed on Renick Avenue and Pontious Lane, with investigations ongoing. Officers also handled multiple well-being checks, including one on Pearl Street that required an emergency squad response.

Juvenile complaints, disturbance calls, and reports of threats or harassment were also addressed throughout the day. A domestic disturbance on Watt Street was investigated but did not result in a report.

As Circleville continues to experience various incidents daily, the police department urges residents to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity.
