PICKAWAY COUNTY, OH – A 25-year-old man was arrested late last night (10:45 pm) following a shots fired call in the area of Bell Station Road, just outside Circleville.
Deputies responded to reports of gunfire from a moving vehicle, prompting a BOLO (Be on the Lookout) for a white SUV seen heading south on Walnut Creek Pike toward Circleville. Beane was arrested and charged with:
🔹 Weapons under disability (possession of a firearm as a convicted felon)
🔹 Discharge of a firearm upon or over a public roadway (two counts)
The vehicle was impounded and taken to the Pickaway County Sheriff’s Office as part of the investigation. The juvenile was released to a parent, while the driver was also released.
