OHIO — A miserable Trick-Or-Treat is expected tonight across the Scioto Valley. Winds continue to increase and will continue to do so for the next several hours. Winds of 20-30 MPH with gusts up to 50 MPH are expected across the area. The highest gusts will occur closer to I-70. WIND ADVISORY will continue until 2AM Friday.

Between 5-8pm tonight, expect a few light sprinkles/showers of rain to make things even colder. Wind chills will drop to 32 or below by 7 or 8:00pm this evening, making it feel like late Fall out there! Bundle up, keep candy bags dry, and keep small children close to you as strong gusts may cause difficulty walking for them.
