LOCKBOURNE – Franklin County has reported a body has been recovered from the Scioto River around the 600 Block of London Groveport Rd around 6 pm.
According to police a boater found the body when he found a boot and leg sticking out of the water.
Police are working to identify the body but say the body has been in the water for sometime and is not a recent event. Once they identify and contact family they will release the name.
