Williamsport – A possible drunk driver has jumped from his vehicle and ran from OSP in the Williamsport area.
According to Early reports OSP attempted to stop the vehicle after suspected impairment when the man jumped out of the vehicle and ran on foot. OSP is now asking for a helicopter
