ROSS – Dispatch is reporting that single vehicle accident has occured on US-23 southbound at Orr road in Ross County.
According to Deputies on scene the car hit the guardrail hard enough to push the guardrail into US-23 and now is impeding traffic. Car is over the embankment. Expect delays in the area. No word on injuries at this time.
