Mount Sterling – A popular storage facility located along the Pickaway County/Fayette County border experienced a serious break-in overnight
According to sources, a budget storage facility in Mount Sterling, located at 15015 Us-62 Mount Sterling had forty-three storage units broken into overnight. A vehicle was used to smash in all 43 units, and according to the source, not much was stolen. The facility usually has family members who watch over it, but recently that has changed.
The owner was on site today working on contacting renters and organizing replacements of doors, and security.
Law enforcement is still investigating the crime at this time, no arrests have been made.
