Circleville – Dispatch is reporting a man has been hit by a car at the corner of Brown Street and Lincoln ave. around 5:50 pm
Fire and police are heading to the scene now, according to dispatch the vehicle who struck the individual has fled the scene. No description on vehicle yet.
UPDATE: First respondents on the scene say that the pedestrian has bruises and a head wound.
