Ross County – Emergency squads have been launched for a man who may have passed out on an island at Yoctangee Park.
According to early reports a witness called 911 when they saw a man jump into the water and swim out to the island on the Scioto River and then stop moving. The caller claimed that the man stopped moving for about 45 minutes and did not know what was going on.
When the first responders arrived on the scene they requested a boat for the man.
