Pickaway County – A fire has been reported in Pickaway County reporting a fire.
According to early reports, the fire was reported to the 8000 block of Tarlton Road, during the dispatch fire departments reported they would have to shut down Tarlton Road in the area between Ringold Southern Road and 56. Several fire departments have been called in for mutual aid. The report is for a structure fire.
Update from Pickaway County fire department, crews were dispatched for a shed on fire today on Tarlton road east of 56. Upon arrival crew found a shed fully engulfed and on the ground. The fence and electric pole were also on fire. Crews were able to safely put the fire out. Southcentral power responded and disconnected the power so crews could extinguish the fire on the electric pole.
The fire department also gave caution to dry conditions and open burning
