Circleville – A crash involving a vehicle hitting a pedestrian occurred near the intersection of SR22 and Nicolas Drive around 10 pm
According to early reports, 22 is shut down for medical personnel, a young adult in a wheelchair was hit around the intersection.
After the collision, the driver left the scene and came back shortly afterward.
There is no update on the condition of the man
