Ross County – Emergency crews are preparing for an emergency water rescue after a man was reported to have jumped off a bridge.
Crews and law enforcement are heading to the scene around 10:15 am at the Higby road bridge off three locks road.
Deputies reported that a witness saw person jump from the bridge and into the water and not resurface.
Update: The woman was found alive and is being transported
