ROSS – Police are on the scene of a wreck that was reported a jeep into a guardrail at the intersection of Rozelle Creek and US-23.
According to early reports the man was seen passed out by a officer heading to another scene and was called in. When a second unit got on the scene she reported that the man was in need of medical attention that he had overdosed. After a few minutes the officer then reported that the man was refusing help from officers and she wasn’t able to get a pulse on the man because he was, “tweeking” and fighting the entire time.
Medics are heading to scene now and have been warned of the behavior.
